    About ME

    Hello! My name is Lottie Emmons and I'm the Creator of Emmons Pastries! 


    I'm so excited to be able to start sharing my baked goods with everyone. Its been a long dream of mine to open my own bakery, and this is just the beginning. 


     I have been working hard to create a whole experience for sweetness right here out of my home; located in Sacramento, California.

    What is a custom cake without decorations?

    I offer a wide range of decor options; from the edible glitter to the chocolate toppers.  My biggest challenge is making sure everything on your cake is COMPLETELY edible.

    Custom cakes includes two tiered cake of chosen of flavor, with a layer of filling of choice and customers choice of decor and design - PRICE MAY VARY BASED ON DECOR & DESIGN.

    4 inch cake

    serves 2-4 people. 

    6 inch cake

    $70.00

    serves 6-8 people. 

    8 inch cake

    $85.00

    serves 10-12 people

    10 inch Cake

    Cookies and Cupcakes

    Cookies and cupcakes sold in sets of 12.

    12 Cupcakes ($2.50 per cupcake)

    Choice of cake flavor, and of frosting flavor,  and one choice of  sprinkle  decor. 

    12 Filled Cupcakes ($3.50 per cupcake)

    Choice of cake flavor, frosting flavor,  and cupcake filling of choice.  Finished with a choice of sprinkle decor or custom chocolate toppers. 

    1 Dozen Cookies

    $18.00-$20.00

    Choice of cookie Dough; Snickerdoodles, chocolate chip,  red velvet, peanut butter, or Oatmeal raisin. (another flavor; discus w/baker. )

    1 Dozen Sugar Cookies

    $50.00-$55.00

    Hand Painted custom 2 inch  Sugar cookies. Choice of cookie shape and color design and decor.

    • Edible wild flowers; snapdragons, violas, sunflowers, and roses.
